Instructional Content Designer

Job Summary

As an Instructional Content Designer you will create, edit, and deliver compelling eLearning and third-party engagement content—spanning questionnaires, surveys and policy attestations that strengthens third-party resilience across our clients’ value chains.

Owning the end-to-end content lifecycle (content intake, scripting and storyboarding, production, QA, version control, and deployment), this role ensures all materials are accurate, accessible, on brand, and client ready, with the ability to tailor standard modules to specific client requirements.

Working closely with Product Managers, internal and external subject matter experts, and other cross functional teams, you’ll translate complex compliance and policy materials—such as Anti-Corruption, Human Rights and Cyber Security topics—into engaging, scalable learning experiences that can be configured and reused.
