Overview
The Instructional Design Manager leads a global team in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered learning solutions that enhance performance, drive key business metrics, and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth across the organization.
 Responsibilities 
Manage a team of instructional designers, and coordinating with other managers handling reports analysts, KB writers, and learning facilitators in designing weekly materials that address DSAT, VOC, AHT, and other key business KPIs, leveraging AI tools for efficiency and insight.
Design, develop, implement, and track learning curricula and materials using both traditional and AI-assisted design and development tools to enhance learning impact and personalization.
Champion a culture of learning and innovation that empowers employee growth, retention, and readiness for AI-driven transformation.
