Instructional Design Specialist

RiverTech is looking for an Instructional Design Specialist to work in Camp Springs, MD. The Instructional Design Specialist will provide support for the Office of Administration as part of the Logistics Management Division (LMD) to design and develop training material for online courses and instructor-led training, working with Learning Management System (LMS) to identify and select content as well as provide options on making updates to existing lessons seamlessly. + Work with Branch Chief to identify and assess training objectives and needs, evaluate and strategize training delivery options, and research and develop course materials for both classroom and online training.
