**About the role**

TE Connectivity’s Channel Learning & Development Team is seeking an experienced and innovative Instructional Designer based in Bangalore to create and maintain high-impact blended learning solutions (instructor-led, eLearning, micro-learning, and video-based) for a global audience. The Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Channel’s sales, service, product management, and marketing teams to design engaging learning materials that support new hires, tenured professionals, and leaders.
