Job Description
Dayforce is looking for a bilingual Instructional Designer who can create user-focused training solutions for the Government of Canada. Bring your skills in both French and English to enhance learning engagement.
As part of the Global Training Services team, you will develop high-impact learning experiences and collaborate closely with subject matter experts. This position requires agility in learning new product features and adapting content accordingly to meet the needs of a diverse user base in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design comprehensive eLearning and instructor-led training
• Create effective job aids and simulations for users
• Partner with experts to clarify learning objectives
• Implement modern tools, like Articulate RISE, for digital learning
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions continually
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in instructional design or related fields
