Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Designer/Developer to join a dynamic team focused on building capabilities for leaders and employees. Reporting to the Manager of Instructional Technology Development, you will be responsible for designing high-quality, multi-approach blended learning and performance solutions that support strategic business priorities. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise and creative graphic design to develop interactive web-based assets, media, and graphics that strengthen employee knowledge and performance.

This is a 9-month contract position. This role is fully remote , however, candidates must reside in Ontario, Canada .

Responsibilities

• Instructional Design & Content Mapping: Design learning programs including instructional frameworks, content mapping, prototypes, narrative scripts, and storyboards across various delivery methods.
