Instructional Designer II

**Description**

As our **Instructional Designer II** , you will be a part of MISO’s highly talented Technical Development Team, which is dedicated to supporting the growth of employees and stakeholders by creating learning experiences that build technical expertise and agility. You will leverage your skills and utilize a variety of learning approaches and partner closely with subject matter experts and leaders to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Additionally, as our Instructional Designer II, you will lead project intake, analysis, design, development, and maintenance of training content while applying best practices in learning and development. You may also provide support for the LMS Administrator, supporting the facilitation of instructor-led sessions, or assist with simulation-based training.
