Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer / Learning Content Developer to transform ideas, concepts, and storyboards into learner-ready digital assets. In this role, you will design, build, and continuously improve engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.

You will manage the end-to-end learning content development lifecycle—from design and QA to LMS publishing and post-launch enhancements—while collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and L&D partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform concepts and storyboards into SCORM/xAPI-compliant e-learning courses, job aids, and microlearning modules.
• Ensure all learning materials are clear, accessible, visually polished, and aligned with business and learning objectives.
