Instructional Designer

Overview

The Instructional Designer is primarily responsible for designing and/or developing e-learning courses, presentations, facilitator and participant guides, and assessments. He/ she will also support various learning initiatives and help provide learning solutions. Some of the core tasks include curriculum creation and maintenance, communications crafting, creating and editing content, reporting, and output evaluation and analysis.

He/she will be tasked to develop different types of content- ranging from communication skills to product / service-specific materials for customer service, sales, and technical courses.
