Instructional Designer

Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer who thrives in a creative and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders and SMEs to design and develop learning courseware for the Healthcare industry.

Position Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning, instructor‑led, virtual‑led, and blended learning
• Develop clear learning objectives, curriculum structures, and assessment strategies aligned to business outcomes
• Develop high‑quality learning materials using a variety of tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, multimedia, video, and visual design tools)
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional writing, and visual design standards to ensure effective knowledge transfer
