Instructional Designer

Your Role

• Transform ideas and storyboards into learner-ready assets, including SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses, job aids, and micro-learning modules.
• Ensure all learning products are clear, accessible, polished, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the end-to-end development process: design, QA, publishing into the LMS, and post-launch improvements.
• Design engaging learning experiences with knowledge checks, bite-sized modules, and supportive job aids.
• Collaborate closely with SMEs and L&D teammates, running reviews and pilot tests to refine learning products.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate to continuously improve the learner experience.

Your Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or Learning & Development operations.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or Captivate, and familiarity with LMS platforms ...
