Instructional Designer

We are looking for a Middle / Senior Learning Designer to join the Plata team.

This role sits at the intersection of corporate learning, product thinking, and business impact . It’s not about building courses strictly based on a predefined brief — it’s about working with uncertainty, defining learning problems, and designing solutions that truly move business metrics.

We value professionals who are genuinely interested in corporate L&D, comfortable working with data and hypotheses, and capable of finding solutions even when information is incomplete or evolving.
