Role Overview:

The Instructional Designer / Developer will play a key role in creating scalable, visually compelling, and highly effective training content. This position involves the end-to-end development of learning solutions, from conducting needs analyses to designing curriculum frameworks and interactive eLearning modules. The Instructional Designer/ Developer will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform technical information into learner-focused materials for both virtual and in-person training environments, while managing LMS platforms and reporting on learning effectiveness.
