Instructional Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing instructional materials, developing curriculums, and managing learning systems. They will create engaging and effective training programs, courses, and learning content tailored to diverse audiences and organizational goals. Collaboration with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders is a key component of this role.
