Instructional Designer

Role: Senior Instructional Designer

Location: Remote

Type of Engagement: Full-Time Contract (3-6 months)

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team at Skill-Up Technologies. You will be responsible for the design and development of online learning content across domains, subject matters, and formats.

We are seeking an instructional designer who is ideas-driven, comes from a teaching or training background, and is passionate about making learning an invigorating and empowering experience. Instructional designers can expect to work with subject matter experts, a diverse range of formats, and multimedia production platforms.

Other responsibilities include influencing the development of online curricula, rewriting, and reshaping content, and developing assessments. Successful instructional designers should have a firm grasp of how people learn, and excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
