Role Overview:

The Instructional Designer develops educational and training content for NGO JOB BOX. This part-time, remote-friendly role involves designing engaging learning experiences, course materials, and training programs tailored to the organization's mission and audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials, online courses, and training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective content.
• Evaluate and improve existing training materials based on feedback and learning outcomes.
• Ensure content is accessible, engaging, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Use e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) for course delivery.
