Instructional Designer

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will create and implement learning content tailored to the organization's needs. Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training programs, managing learning management systems, and innovating curriculum development. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective training outcomes and continuous learning improvements.
