Here's a puzzle:
Teachers complete training. Coaches observe lessons and score them highly. Everyone's using the app. But when you test the students—nothing's changed. They're not learning more.
This happens constantly in education programs. The process metrics look great. The outcome metrics don't move. Somewhere between teachers attended training and students learned more, something broke.
A simple question guides this role:
Does this help teachers think better — or just do things faster?
If tools make teachers compliant but not more effective, learning will not improve.
This role exists to catch that failure early — and fix the system, not blame the teacher.
