Summary About the Position: This is a Full-time Seasonal Instructional Systems Specialist (Interscholastic Athletic Program) position in Europe Office of the Director, located in Sembach, Germany. Federal employees in Sembach are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. Responsibilities Direct the development, analysis, and evaluation of the athletic program to ensure equitable, rigorous learning opportunities for all students. Manage the annual Interscholastic Athletic Program (IAP) budget by coordinating procurement, contracts, transportation, and other support services. Coordinate program logistics and administration by developing schedules, organizing director meetings, and reviewing waiver requests. Ensure compliance with DoDEA athletic programs by developing policy, monitoring safety standards, and conducting on-site program reviews.
