Summary About the Position: Provide professional education to NATO School Oberammergau (NSO) Standards, Evaluation and Training Department (SET) by coordinating, monitoring, and accomplishing the development of courses and application of training methods, procedures, and techniques for various designated courses or areas of instruction within NSO SET. Responsibilities Responsible for the management of the course budget as approved by the department director. Develop texts, manuals, and other published doctrine for the NSO SET. Select relevant, applicable aspects of directives, manuals, NATO publications, and related references to texts, guides, handouts, exercises, aids and evaluation materials. Conduct cross training with other instructors as required. Represent NSO at specified training or conferences to obtain information.
