Job Duties Job Duties 1. Be flexible and responsive to learner needs using appropriate instructional methodologies within an online learning environment.2. Provide appropriate instruction, support, evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students on the required learning platform (Brightspace).3. Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.4. Manage the online learning platform to ensure an optimum learning environment.5. Work collaboratively with the Early Childhood Education program to maintain curriculum.6. Work co-operatively in an interdependent team environment.7. Follow policies and procedures adopted by Saskatchewan Polytechnic.8. Attend program and school meetings.
