Instructor - Clinical Nurse Educator

Continuing Care provides services through five main program areas: Home Living, Supportive Living, Facility Living, Transition Services and Palliative Care.The Instructor - Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is responsible for facilitating education based on principles of adult learning for staff in Continuing Care. The CNE assesses, designs, creates, facilitates, coordinates and evaluates the implementation of education to promote clinical competence & the best possible client care. The CNE acts as a role model & resource to staff for professional development & clinical competency.
