Instructor Pilot – G120TP – Basic Flying Training (BFT) - Future Opportunities!

As part of CAE’s Defence & Security team, BFT Instructor Pilots prepare military aviators to execute critical missions with confidence and operational readiness. You will contribute to shaping the next generation of RCAF pilots through classroom instruction, synthetic training, and live flying in the G120TP aircraft.

Key Responsibilities (During System Build-Up):
+ Complete aircraft type conversion training.
+ Support the design and development of courseware, including classroom, synthetic training device, and live flying sequences.
+ Support acceptance testing of courseware, aircraft, and synthetic training devices.
+ Contribute to the establishment of an Integrated Training Centre by creating policy and procedure documents.
+ Support the integration and testing of Learning and Information Management systems....
