The Instructor (TOPFAS) is responsible for the preparation, delivery, and continuous improvement of theoretical and practical training on all TOPFAS applications (Operations Planning Tool (OPT), System Analysis Tool (SAT), Campaign Assessment Tool (CAT)). The role supports the NCI Academy and provides mobile training to customers, ensuring business continuity and high-quality instruction in line with Academy and SAT procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain and deliver theoretical and practical training on all TOPFAS applications, including interoperability training, at NCI Academy or at customers' location in mobile training teams.

• Support the TOPFAS Section Head in planning and coordination of TOPFAS iterations and ensure business continuity for the TOPFAS Section.
