Key focus areas include:
+ Ensure consistent delivery and governance of IDT programs, aligned with global standards, regulatory obligations, and CAE training requirements.
+ Deliver training, support continuous improvement of instructor‑facing courseware in accordance with approved IDT courseware management processes.
+ Drive excellence in online training delivery by being highly proficient with tools like Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint or Word, and modern digital‑learning methodologies.
+ Collaborate closely with Training Managers, HR partners, Training Standards Specialists, and global/regional Standards leadership to forecast instructor training needs and support pipeline readiness.
+ Uphold global standardization through cross‑center coordination, clear communication channels, and alignment with CAE’s Standards structure and strategies.
