Instrumentation and Controls Engineer

Job Summary:
The Instrumentation and Control Engineer is responsible for the design, specification, implementation, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems for mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems. The role ensures reliable measurement, automation, interlocking, and integration of HVAC equipment, fans, pumps, power systems, and safety systems with PLC, DCS, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
This position plays a key role in ensuring system reliability, safety, energy efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and applicable codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Engineering
Develop control philosophies, sequences of operation, and functional descriptions for HVAC, ventilation, pumping, and auxiliary systems
Prepare And Review:
Control schematics and wiring diagrams
Loop diagrams and termination drawings
I/O lists and point schedules
