Instrumentation Technician

The Instrumentation Technician is the hands-on specialist responsible for the physical installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of all field instrumentation and sensors across the cement plant.

Responsibilities:

• Performs preventive maintenance, calibration, tuning, and troubleshooting of field instruments, analyzers, sensors, and control system hardware to ensure reliable data acquisition, production quality, and operational continuity.
• Supports installation and commissioning of new field devices, maintain reliable OT network infrastructure, and help implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Ensures compliance of critical sensors (including weigh feeders), maintain accurate maintenance documentation, and uphold HSE standards to promote a strong safety culture.
