Instrumentation Technician

Atlantic Operations is a wholly owned subsidiary of St Barbara Limited, an ASX listed gold producer and explorer with mining assets in Canada and Australia.

We are currently seeking 2 Instrumentation Technicians to support our Atlantic Operations. These roles are full time, max‑term positions, reporting to the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor and will be based at our Touquoy mine site located approximately 1‑hour northeast of Halifax, near Middle Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia.

The Opportunity

• Ensuring own Health & Safety as well as that of all other workers, identifying and maintaining safe work practices, and completing all required safety training.
• Installing, programming, and calibrating new equipment (rebuild as needed) and evaluate latest technologies for feasibility and efficiencies.
