Insurance Administrator Bilingual

The Insurance Administrator role provides excellent customer service through the timely and accurate processing of insurance policies and vehicle registrations, including renewals, cancellations, and expirations. The position is a 15‑month full‑time term role requiring strong interdepartmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Verify that assets have proper insurance and registration in compliance with requirements.
• Review and process external insurance policies and registration documents, promptly updating the system to reflect accurate coverage.
• Proactively engage with insurance agents and customers to rectify non‑compliant policies.
• Address insurance and registration cancellations with efficiency, contacting customers and/or insurance agents for timely reinstatements.
• Escalate insurance delinquencies to Collections following established procedures.
