We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor specialising in health and travel insurance to assist clients in choosing suitable policies and ensuring a smooth documentation and policy issuance process.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on health and travel insurance plans based on destination, duration, and coverage needs
- Explain policy features, inclusions, exclusions, and claim procedures
- Assist clients with application forms and required documentation
- Coordinate with insurance partners for policy issuance and query resolution
- Maintain records of policies, renewals, and client communications
- Provide timely follow-up and customer support
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance
- Good understanding of travel and health insurance policies and claim processes
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
