Job Description
- Client Consultation: Meeting with individuals or businesses to assess their insurance needs, providing guidance on various insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, property, or business insurance), and explaining policy details.
- Sales and Marketing: Actively seeking new clients through marketing, networking, cold-calling, and referrals, as well as renewing existing clients’ policies. They may also promote specific insurance plans or deals.
- Policy Customization: Tailoring insurance plans to meet individual or business needs, recommending appropriate coverage based on the client’s financial situation and risks.
- Underwriting and Documentation: Completing necessary paperwork for new policies, renewals, and claims. They may also assist clients with claims processing and act as an intermediary between clients and the insurance company.
