Job Description

What will you be doing?
As a Developer your key responsibilities will be:
Engaging in the iterative enhancement and feature development of LCP InsurSight, aligning with the strategic vision of the team and responding to evolving client needs
Primarily focusing on C# with supplementary involvement in other languages (e.g. Python), under the guidance of senior developers
Collaborating across disciplines, interfacing with actuaries, specialists, and developers to integrate comprehensive analytics into software solutions, enriching the platform's value proposition
Advocating and implementing industry-standard software development practices, code quality, maintainability, and robust testing methodologies to ensure the reliability and scalability of our solutions
Participating in the research, evaluation, and prototyping of emerging technologies and methods, contributing to the team's innovation and continuous improvement ethos
