Insurance and Risk Analyst

The insurance analyst manages and reduces risks related to construction, operations, and investments.

**Essential Functions:**

**Documentation Management:**

+ Maintain insurance policies and schedules
+ Organize SharePoint folders and manage access
+ Support the Certificate of Insurance process and keep COI records updated
+ Update Enterprise Risk Management records and reports
+ Communicate with stakeholders to build project trackers, identify insurance needs, and gather project and renewal data
+ Monitor shared email for vendor and team inquiries
+ Contribute to ad hoc business projects

**Reporting / Analysis:**

+ Assist with premium allocations
+ Manage NDAs and support brokers
+ Help Global Director of Risk Management with projects
+ Report minor claims and escalate larger ones; analyze claim trends
+ Request catastrophe modeling data
