Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule, reschedule as needed and cancel appointments patients in NextGen


• Provide Pre-Op instructions to patient upon scheduling the patient


• Verify patient Insurances, obtain authorizations and input insurance information into NextGen


• Schedule transportation as needed per the center’s practices & notify client if there are issues with transportation


• Contact clients to confirm patient appointments, reschedule appointments and any cancelled appointments and document in NextGen


• Conduct follow-up phone calls to patients post-procedures to assess surgical site infections; notify client if there is a possible surgical site infection
