The Role

As a Link Insurance Broker, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a book of a business. This role combines client care, relationship management, and sales. You’ll provide top-notch service, help clients navigate their insurance needs, and close new business with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized insurance solutions to both new and existing clients by phone,email, and in-person


• Manage your portfolio with policy renewals, endorsements, claims support, and filereviews


• Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and grow your book


• Advocate for your clients with insurance providers to find the best coverage options


• Maintain accurate client data across multiple systems and portals


• Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and internal processes
