Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative and operational duties.
  • Prepare and send insurance quotations to clients in a timely manner.
  • Obtain and manage quotations from insurers, including using insurer portals to generate quotations and upload required documents.
  • Attend to phone and email enquiries professionally.
  • Perform policy processing duties, including new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and related documentation.
  • Handle claims administration, including follow-ups with insurers and clients.
  • Actively chase outstanding payments and liaise with clients to resolve payment matters.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player with the ability to work independently.
