Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative and operational duties.
- Prepare and send insurance quotations to clients in a timely manner.
- Obtain and manage quotations from insurers, including using insurer portals to generate quotations and upload required documents.
- Attend to phone and email enquiries professionally.
- Perform policy processing duties, including new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and related documentation.
- Handle claims administration, including follow-ups with insurers and clients.
- Actively chase outstanding payments and liaise with clients to resolve payment matters.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with the ability to work independently.
