Insurance Claims Specialist (FTL)

The Claims Specialist (FTL) will manage the full lifecycle of cargo loss and damage claims for our freight brokerage, from intake through settlement. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned claims, ensuring timely professional communication and driving accurate, data-backed resolutions.
