Prepare Insurance Policies for New Business and Renewal of all In-house insurances.

Prepare renewal notice to clients.

Call/Follow-up/Convince clients to renew insurance.

Assist/Explain to walk-in clients or Agent's clients regarding our insurance package and convince them to renew.

Assist clients/assured if they have insurance claims and endorse to BP-Service Dept.

Issue Provisional Receipt for client's deferred payment (New business, split down and Renewal).

Monitor client's insurance premium deferred payment.

Call/Follow-up clients with bouncing checks or unsettled insurance accounts (New business, Split Down and Renewal).

Prepare letters for delinquent accounts.

Monitor checks due for the day and for deposit to account.
