Insurance Defence Law Clerk
Salary: Up to $85K+

Key Responsibilities
Reviewing file materials and assisting in drafting assessments.

Initiating the organization of and manages files or parts of files, including requesting, indexing, and organizing documentary productions.

Assisting the Firm’s lawyers with drafting pleadings, document production, drafting motions, mediation briefs, pre-trial briefs and preparing for hearings and trials and ensure that all parties are served.

Reviewing and summarizing transcripts of examinations for discovery for undertakings, refusals, and assembly of answers to undertakings.

Corresponding with all counsel to ensure that all productions are received including liability productions from co-defendants and damage productions from plaintiffs.
