Insurance Dialer

Keystone Transfers is hiring experienced insurance dialers to call provided leads, close policies, or warm transfer qualified clients to a licensed agent. This is a high-performance role for someone with a clear, neutral accent, strong communication skills, and real sales experience.

Position: Insurance Dialer / Closing Agent

Location: Ghori Town Phase 5 Islamabad

In-person only — Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Compensation

• PKR per month (fixed salary) + Incentive

Work Schedule

• 10-hour shifts (Monday–Saturday or as assigned)
• 30-minute break daily
• Consistent attendance is required

Daily Responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound calls daily (minimum)
• Call weekly provided leads using our dialing system
• Qualify clients quickly and professionally
• Close deals directly OR warm transfer qualified prospects to the sales team
