Insurance Follow Up Representative

System One is hiring an Insurance Follow-Up Representative for a respected healthcare organization in Tulsa. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with medical billing experience who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with insurance carriers to resolve claim issues.

Pay: $18–$20/hour

What You'll Do:


+ Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or delayed claims

+ Research claim issues and work toward timely resolution

+ Submit appeals and additional documentation when needed

+ Monitor denied claims and assist with recovery efforts

+ Review account balances and prioritize outstanding receivables

+ Maintain accurate records of follow-up activity and claim status

+ Provide occasional support to the authorization team
