Insurance Lawyer – CTP Focus | Perth (2-5+ PAE)

A specialist insurance and commercial firm is looking for motivated lawyers to join its growing insurance defence team. Opportunities are available for both junior to mid-level lawyers (2–5 years PAE)

The Role
You’ll primarily work on Compulsory Third Party (CTP) motor vehicle claims, with the opportunity to broaden your practice across commercial, litigation, and employment matters. You'll work closely with a well-regarded Insurance Partner and be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Defend injury and dependency compensation claims on behalf of a leading insurer

• Draft legal opinions and court documents for matters ranging from minor injury to catastrophic claims

• Manage matters from assessment through to resolution

• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy, liability, and quantum issues
