Key Responsibilities:
• Manage insurance defense files from start to finish
• Prepare and present at trials, mediations, and conferences
• Draft essential legal documents and pleadings
• Lead legal educational seminars for staff development
• Ensure effective communication with the claims team
Requirements:
• LLB or JD required, current Alberta Law Society member
