We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh . This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office, and requires a hybrid working arrangement as per each team's arrangement.

Insurance Operations – Policy Processing / Policy Servicing (Supporting Singapore)

The policy processing/servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Singapore team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information, including report preparation.
• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation, ensures customer awareness and strengthens established relationships.
