Your position

As an Insurance Policy Officer, you will be the trusted point of contact for a group of clients who rely on Credendo to protect their international trade. You will support them throughout the entire duration of their contract and ensure that they always understand what needs to be done and how Credendo supports them.

In this role, you will:

  • be the designated point of contact for your clients and build strong, professional relationships with them. You will ensure that their contract runs smoothly from start to finish. They can always come to you for advice and support;
  • support customers in using our online platform, so that they can manage their contracts more easily;
  • turn information into clear actions: you will translate agreements with clients into specific settings and documents that ensure the contract works in practice. You will amend documents and prepare contract renewal...
