You will manage policy file urgencies and provide essential updates to advisors from insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of policy files and their accuracy
• Provide timely updates on policy changes to advisors
• Handle inquiries from servicing advisors and carriers
• Process changes adhering to PPI guidelines
• Engage in special projects as needed
Requirements:
