Job Responsibilities - 
Act as the DXC primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead end to end delivery, managing Application outsourcing and Managed Services engagement for Insurance (Life & Annuity) clients.
Excellent communication skills (verbal as well as written), team leadership abilities, with demonstrated success in managing diverse engineering teams.
Familiarity with Japanese Insurance market/domain, particularly Annuity products, is a plus.
Technical Expertise: Experience with Micro Focus tools and COBOL, JCL, DB2 for UDB
Bilingual (English and Japanese) would be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 15-18 years of industry experience in software engineering, with at least 7+ years in managerial roles overseeing teams and projects.
