Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description:

The individual will be a Call Centre Agent, part of a team of Call Centre Agents that:

• Sell insurance products telephonically to potential policyholders by reading from an approved script,
• Utilise a call center dialer to manage lead follow-up
• Strive to achieve insurance policy sales and campaign targets
• Assist policyholders with policy administration
• Follow up on policyholders who have not paid their premiums
• Ensure excellent customer service and fair treatment of policyholders
• Adherence to quality, training and compliance processes
• Accurately recording policy sales and maintaining policyholder information

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Meeting the Regulatory Fit and Proper requirements
• Advantageous:
• Additional South African Languages
• Sales, Marketing, or Insurance Diploma/Degree
