Insurance Sales Manager

ELS Advisory is expanding our insurance division, and we are looking for an experienced and driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead, grow, and inspire our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop insurance consultants
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Provide coaching on sales techniques, compliance, and client servicing
• Plan and execute sales strategies and team activities
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales
• Candidates with experience in bank, unit trust, real estate, B2B
• Proven track record in team management and sales performance
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
