Job Title: Outbound Sales Specialist (Insurance)
Location: Cape Town (Office-based, in-person)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM — 11:00 PM SAST (to cover UK, EU, and US time zones as required)
Salary: ZAR R15,000 - R22,000 + commission

Role Purpose
To drive the insurance validation and sales conversion process for newly placed contractors (primarily warm/assigned leads) by executing outreach, explaining insurance requirements, and closing the sale for Jove's proprietary insurance products.
